The latest from Auckland improv vocalist Chelsea Prastiti, BONITA celebrates the enchanting sounds of Brazil’s Bossa singer-songwriters from the 60’s and 70’s, inspired by the likes of Gal Costa, Joyce, and Sergio Mendes.
Featuring lush chord progressions instrumentations and melodies, this new batch of compositions will take you on a sunny adventure through valleys rivers and trees, thick with flora and fauna imageries from the realm of Eurydice and Prince Orpheu. A very special project not to be missed.
